These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application “GrindTimer” (the “App”), provided by Papaseijin (“we” or “us”).

By using the App, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Actions that interfere with the operation of the App
3. Unauthorized access or misuse of the App
4. Actions that cause harm or disadvantage to other users or third parties
5. Any other actions deemed inappropriate by us

Article 3 – Usage Restrictions and Termination

We may, without prior notice, restrict usage of the App or delete user data if:

• The User violates these Terms
• We otherwise determine such action is necessary or appropriate
